Cheung Sha Wan Catholic Secondary School (CSWCSS) is one of Hong Kong's leading English boys' schools. It was established in 20 November 1970 by the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong. The school is situated on Fuk Wing Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong.

Curriculum and admission
The school uses English as the main medium of instruction (EMI), although certain subjects (other than Chinese itself) uses Chinese.
It follows the Hong Kong curriculum and the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education. Admitted to the school are all Band 1 students. Before the introduction of the 3-3-4 New Senior Secondary Curriculum, only boys were admitted from Form 1 to Form 5 according to the traditional policy of admission while co-education is introduced at the level of matriculation (i.e. Form 6 and Form 7 respectively). However, after the graduation of the last batch of matriculation students, no more female students will be admitted after September, 2012.
Student life
Students are involved in many extracurricular activities, the diverse offerings including student government, various publications, athletics, clubs, and the performing arts.
Clubs
Students in CSWCSS are able to form their own official clubs (called societies) with the approval of the Principal. Currently active clubs as of 2016-2017 includes the Innovative Technology Society, Science Society, Photography Society, Liberal Studies Society, Western History Society, Chinese History Society.
A Joint Club Exhibition is held every year to promote the development of the clubs and to apply for memberships.
Student Publications
The School has several student publications, including the Ripples (a collection of student's writings), the School Yearbook.
Student Government
The main body of student government is the Student's Union, which consists of elected student representatives. Additionally, each grade elects a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer to act as class representatives.
Overseas Study Tour
Several overseas study tours are organised annually to places such as the United Kingdom, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Mainland China.
Development and achievements
The school excels at both academic and extracurricular areas.
Sports
The school places strong emphasis on sports education, volleyball in particular. Being well known in sport area, the school has consecutively acquired the championship of boys' overall grades in Hong Kong Catholic Diocesan Secondary Schools Joint Athletics Meet 16 times from 1976 to 2010. The school has recaptured the boy overall champion of 21st Meet on 27 November 2013 with champions in Boy B and C grades and 1st runner-up in Boy A grade.
Traditions
Every student, even the form-one newcomers, has to take part in the examination of running around the campus, 16 laps for S1, 20 laps for S2, and 25 laps for S3 and above. This encourages students to have a healthy life and also raise their interest in sports.
OGCIO Enriched IT Programme
Being selected by the Government of Hong Kong to receive a funding of HK$7 million to promote STEM education, the school have been promoting such development over the past years through running the Enriched IT programme, and the formation of their Innovative Technology Society. Their students have achieved the Hong Kong ICT Awards Best Student Invention Silver Award, as well as several other awards in programming-related competitions only .
Current students include Jordan Fung, an award-winning technology entrepreneur who started his own company at the age of 9.
Infrastructure
The school has a wireless network that students and teachers can access in every classroom. All classrooms have ceiling mounted projectors and sound systems. All teachers are issued laptops, and all students have regular access to iPads and computers. iPads are provided in mobile carts that can be moved between classrooms. The school has 3 computer rooms. The use of mobile phones is prohibited within the campus, while students are welcomed to bring their own laptop computers.
Music
The school's Music Department provides opportunities for students to participate in choirs, symphony orchestra, string and wind orchestras and Chinese orchestra.
Musical Performance
A musical is held every year for students to showcase their talents in singing, dancing and acting. In the year 2015-2016, the musical is "Three Trespassers" staged on North District Town Hall.

The current campus is located at 533 Fuk Wing Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The campus can be reached by several public transport such as the Cheung Sha Wan MTR (exit C) as well as buses.
