Chen Zuo (born 19 January 1982 in Beijing) is a Chinese swimmer, who competed for Team China at the 2004 Summer Olympics, the 2008 Summer Olympics and was an unused substitute in the men's relay at the 2012 Summer Olympics.

In 2004 he competed in the men's 50 m freestyle and the 4 x 100 and 4 × 200 m freestyle relays. In 2008 he competed in the men's 100 m freestyle and the 4 × 100 m freestyle relay.
