Chedra mimica is a moth of the Batrachedridae family. It is described from Oahu and Hawaii, but is possibly an immigrant.

The wingspan is 6.5–12 mm. It is mostly straw-colored flecked or marked with brown and fuscous.

The larvae feed on Eragrostis species. They bore in the stems and flower heads of their host plant.
