Charles Mwesigye Tibingana (born 28 August 1994) is a Ugandan-born Rwandan international footballer who plays as a winger for Rwandan club APR FC.
Career
Born in Mbarara, Uganda, Tibingana has played club football in Uganda for Proline and Victoria University. On 23 June 2013 Tibingana signed for Rwandan army side APR FC for a two years deal.
He made his senior international debut for Rwanda in 2011, and competed at the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
