Charles Sherrod Hatfield (June 29, 1882 – February 9, 1950) was a long-serving judge of the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals.

Hatfield received an A.B. from Hanover College, and an LL.B. from the Ohio State University College of Law. He was a prosecuting attorney for Wood County, Ohio beginning in 1907. He later entered private practice, until 1923.

Nominated by President Warren G. Harding to the U.S. Court of Customs Appeals (later the U.S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals, after April 1, 1929), Hatfield was confirmed on March 4, 1923. He served for nearly twenty-seven years, until his death, in 1950.
