Life

Capper graduated from Johns Hopkins University and UC Berkeley with an M.A. and Ph.D. in history. He taught for fifteen years at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has taught at Boston University since 2001. His current teaching topics involve American intellectual history.
