Charas: A Joint Operation is a 2004 Bollywood action thriller film about the illegal drug trade, produced by Anjum Rizvi and directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. Set in Kasol, a village near Manikaran in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, it stars Irfan Khan, Uday Chopra, Jimmy Shergill, Namrata Shirodkar, and Hrishita Bhatt.
Synopsis
Two cops Dev (Jimmy Sheirgill) and Ashraf (Uday Chopra) are on investigation on illegal trading of charas. One of the inhabitants named Sam Higgins goes missing and its a hint for two cops by Randhir Singh Rathore (Irfan Khan), A corrupt cop involved in the dealings.
