Chanochi is a kind of tteok (Korean rice cake). In Gyeongsang-do in particular, chanochi is a common food. The color of chanochi is pink.

Method
- Grate the glutinous rice flour into a bowl and pour on boiling water and stir briskly to dissolve it
- Heat wok until very hot. Add oil. Make a soft but not sticky dough
- Cut dough (length: 2 cm, width: 3 cm) after cooling to a desired temperature
