Ch'uwaña (Aymara for oozing of water and other liquids / melting of metals and other things, hispanicized spelling Chuaña) is a mountain in the Chila mountain range in the Andes of Peru, about 5,108.1 metres (16,759 ft) high. It is situated in the Arequipa Region, Caylloma Province, Lari District. Ch'uwaña lies north of Kiwicha and Mismi and west of Pukara. The lake Qarwaqucha (Quecha for "yellowish lake", hispanicized Carhuacocha) lies at its feet.
