Biography
Ascarrunz was born in Potosi, Bolivia c.1935.
Ascarrunz was the owner of Cesar's Latin Palace (now Roccapulco) formerly located in the North Beach neighborhood and in the Mission District of San Francisco where he was the pianist-bandleader.
Ascarrunz has reopened Cesar's Latin Palace in South San Francisco featuring Cesar's Latin All-Stars in Cesar's Latin Ballroom, playing salsa, merengue, cumbia, tango, and brazilian music.
Ascarrunz lives on a hill overlooking the Mission District.
