Cerconota ischnoscia is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1932. It is found in Brazil.

The wingspan is about 23 mm. The forewings are light greyish-ochreous, with the bases of the scales grey and the extreme costal edge pale. There are three faint cloudy rather irregular nearly parallel oblique greyish lines, the first obsolete on the costa, the second about the middle of the wing, the third from the costa about three-fifths to the dorsum before the tornus, somewhat curved. There are three or four small faint darker terminal dots. The hindwings are grey.
