The mall opened in 2008 and is the first shopping mall of Central Group, Thailand's largest retail corporation in Nonthaburi province.
Overview
The mall has a total of seven floors with a basement floor included. It is the biggest shopping mall in the northwestern part of Bangkok compromising an area of 24 rai. The total size of the shopping mall is some 300,000 square meters. The mall itself is 208 meters long and 235 meters wide. The cost of building the mall was 6 billion Baht.

CentralPlaza Chaengwattana aims to attract 60,000 – 70,000 visitors per day.
