Central Iowa Telugu Association (CITA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to Telugu culture and to bringing unity to the Telugu speaking community of Central Iowa. CITA was formed in 2009 and was formally registered as a non-profit organisation in Iowa in 2005. Most CITA members live in Des Moines, IA.
Events
CITA celebrates various Telugu festivals annually and encourages participation by members and well-wishers at these events. CITA will organize celebrations for three festivals every year. CITA Membership is open to any one interested in Telugu culture or literature.
