Celina Milner is an American politician who ran for Utah State Senate District 6 in 2016 to represent West Jordan and Taylorsville, Utah. She is a Democrat. She lost to incumbent Wayne Miller. In 2012, she lost to Republican Johnny Anderson. She was then appointed as the community liaison and special projects director for Salt Lake County Mayor Ben McAdams in 2012.

Personal life

Milner lives in West Jordan, Utah and is a single mother of two. She is Latina and an activist for the Hispanic people of Utah. She is the volunteer manager of Mariachi Juventud of Utah.

In 2010, Milner was a sales manager at a hotel in Salt Lake City.
