Founded in 2004 by M. Patrick Carroll, Carroll Organization focuses on acquiring and managing high quality properties throughout the Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic states|Mid-Atlantic. Initially founded as a development company, Carroll Organization evolved into a company that owns and operates high-end multifamily real estate and utilizes a vertically integrated operating platform. Carroll Organization has completed numerous developments and acquisitions along with successfully acquiring three property management companies. By so doing, the company has experienced consistent, high-volume growth since inception.

    In 2011, Carroll Organization started its Multifamily Co-Investment Fund Series with Carroll Co-Invest I, LP. Since then, the firm has raised over $50 MM across its three closed funds and its newest fund. The funds are closed-end, private investment vehicles which hold interests in a portfolio of Carroll's high quality multifamily real estate assets in attractive investment markets throughout the United States, with a particular focus on the Southeast, Southwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions. The fund vehicles holdings consist of interests in core-plus/value-add properties with anticipated hold periods of 3–10 years.
