Carlos Fabián Maldonado (born July 30, 1963 in Montevideo, Uruguay) is a retired professional footballer from Venezuela, who played as a midfielder during his career. He was nicknamed "Carlitos".

International career
He obtained a total number of 20 caps for the Venezuela national football team, scoring four goals. All his goals came at the 1989 Copa América.
Personal life
