Carlos costa story interview keep on growing

Carlos Alberto Costa was a private pilot, US born US citizen with Cuban ancestry, who was killed when his plane was shot down by Cuban fighters over international waters near Cuba on February 24, 1996, while flying a humanitarian search and rescue mission, seeking out Cuban refugees adrift at sea in rafts (the so-called "balseros"). He was educated at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
