The Capt. Richard Charlton House is a historic house at 12 Mediterranean Lane in Norwich, Connecticut. It is a 1-1/2 story wood frame structure, five bays wide, with a side gable roof and a large central chimney. The front door, centered on the main facade, is framed by sidelight windows and pilasters. It is estimated that the house was built around 1800, probably replacing a similar house built for Richard Charlton, a ship's captain.

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.
