History

Capitol institute (C.I) had its humble beginning in February 14, 1950. Seven civic-spirited residents of Talipapa grouped together with the common desire of putting up a high school to help educate those who cannot afford the high cost of learning in vicinity of Talipapa and its surrounding communities. The grouped decided to have Capitol Institute as its name and gained recognition as the first private school along Novaliches. Soon after the documents required by the Department of Education (Philippines) were handled down to the person in authority, Capitol Institute was born.
