Development
Cap St. Georges Beach Club Resort is a new residential development, constructed by Korantina Homes, in the Sea Caves area of South-Western Cyprus, near the town of Peyia, Paphos Region. It is located close to the Akamas Peninsula and the fishing village of Agios Georgios, Paphos.
Architects
The Villas are notable for its contemporary and environmentally sensitive design by the architect Georges Andraos of Andraos Associates London in collaboration with Abbass Ajami Group Architects, Andros Ioannou Architectural and George Kolnakos Architects.
Phases
The project has been partitioned into four different construction sections "Phase A, B, C & D". The first phase of construction commenced in September 2009 and was completed in late summer 2011. Up to the end of 2015, thirty eight luxury properties have been completed in the Phase A and thereof marked the beginning of Phase B in the beginning of 2016.
Awards
Andraos Associates, the architects of Cap St. Georges, won awards for Architecture (Single Unit) and Development (Multiple Units) at the European Property Awards 2011 in association with Bloomberg Television.

Cap St Georges also features in the Western Cyprus Travel Guide, an iTunes App for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, launched on 4 February 2011 and re-released in English and Russian in March 2011.
