Cantalupo Ligure is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 110 kilometres (68 mi) southeast of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 552 and an area of 24.0 square kilometres (9.3 sq mi).
The municipality of Cantalupo Ligure contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Pallavicino, Borgo Adorno, Pessinate, Semega, Campana, Zebedassi, Besante, Arborelle, Colonne, Pertuso, Prato, Merlassino, and Costa Merlassino.
