The Cancún Challenge is a tournament organized by Triple Crown Sports which features eight NCAA Division I men's basketball teams. Since 2009, there are eight games played in the United States and eight games played at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancún, Mexico. Teams are separated into two divisions, the Riviera and Mayan, with the winner of the Riviera bracket named tournament champion. Because of a scheduling conflict, the 2010 tournament was held at the Aventura Palace in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The 2011 event returned to the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancún, Mexico. Since 2014, the tournament has been held at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Convention Center. CBS Sports Network will be televising the men's Cancun Challenge Riviera Division games for the seventh year. All Mexico games in the men's Mayan Division along with all women's games will be webcast live on YouTube LIVE.
