Campbell Dallas was formed in March 1999 from the amalgamation of Campbell & Co of Bearsden and Paisley and Dallas Nicol & Co of Paisley. The company expanded even more in 2003 when it merged with the Perth office of Reeves & Neylan Chartered Accountants. This was followed by 2 further mergers with MacMillan Chartered Accountants of Glasgow in 2005 and MacPherson & Company of Aberdeen in 2006.

Campbell Dallas has 19 partners and 145 staff operating from 4 locations across Scotland; Aberdeen, Glasgow, Perth, and Stirling. It is 8th largest Scottish firm and in the top 55 in the UK.

Recently Campbell Dallas was named Accountancy Firm of the Year by Business Insider and Aldermore Scottish Accountancy & Finance Awards 2015.
