  • Japanese Californians

Japanese Californians (日系カリフォルニア人, Nikkei Kariforuniajin) are Californian Japanese Americans who are fully or partially of Japanese descent, especially those who identify with that ancestry, along with their cultural characteristics. Japanese Californians were among the largest Asian American communities in California with the largest population, in North America, in Torrance which holds the most dense Japanese American population in the 48 contiguous states.
