Charles Calvin "Cal" Clemens, Jr. (July 7, 1909 – October 21, 1965) was a player in the National Football League.

Clemens was born on July 7, 1909 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Career
Clemens played with the Green Bay Packers during the 1936 NFL season. As such, he was a member of the 1936 NFL Champion Packers.
He played at the collegiate level at the University of Southern California.
