CSO Concert Hall (Turkish: Cumhurbaşkanlığı Senfoni Orkestrası) is a concert hall in Ankara on Atatürk Boulevard. The location for the building was prepared in 1995, however construction was delayed because of economic problems. The building is scheduled to open October 29, 2015. It is used by the Presidential Symphony Orchestra.

Design
The building was designed by Semra and Özcan Uygur of Uygur Architects during a National Architectural Competition in 1992.
