History

CS Networks was founded in Belgrade, Serbia, in 2001, to supply charging and messaging solutions to mobile operators. The company was initially founded as a consultancy company but shifted focus in the late '00s to become a product and solution provider. The first deployment of the CS Networks SMS real-time charging solution was with TeliaMobile, now TeliaSonera, in Sweden in 2011. Building on the Telia case and other early projects relating to mobile messaging and real-time charging CS Networks launched the CS Networks Mobile Delivery Platform. The ambition behind the platform was to speed up delivery of new functionality to enable reuse of functionality between different customer solutions.

In 2009, former CS Networks moves headquarters to United Kingdom, London, forming a CS Network Solutions Limited, keeping its operations center in Belgrade shortly after forming a Strategic Partnership with Galeb Group - Local Industry leader in turn-key solutions of fiscal registers and mobile telecommunication equipment.

2013, CS Network Solutions Limited proceeds with the acquisition and mutual investment with Globalcell, A Georgian Mobile Operator expanding its businesses to end customers, supplying 3g and 4g services within the territory of Georgia.

In the April 2013, CS Networks Successfully demonstrated a call forwarding security exploit in phone call based two-step authentication. The concept was based by utilising SS7 MAP commands to divert mobile phone calls without interaction with end-users. Exploit has been demonstrated at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
