Description
Through the combination of an algorithm and a personal check, they "match" the most suitable consultant with the project's requirements. Most of the registered consultants worked for the big top tier consultancies like McKinsey, BCG or Roland Berger. Access to the platform is not available for everyone, but after the registration, an assessment based on the CV and personal interviews takes place. In the end only 50% are passing the quality assessment and will be accepted.
The registration and project request are free for consultants and clients, a cost of 15% of the daily rate only occur after successful matching for the client.
COMATCH's clients ranges from startups and small business to large enterprises including Zalando, Clariant and buw Consulting.
