TV Features
The C SEED TV consist of a 4,6 m (15 ft.) high column, which is stored underneath the surface in a shaft, when not in use. With a built-in lift system the TV-system is brought up to its full height within 15 seconds. Through the kinematic system, the screen, 11 m2, unfolds into seven LED panels within the next 25 seconds. The panels interlock and form a seamless surface on which high-luminosity images can be viewed also at sunlight.
The sound system comprises 6 broadband speakers for the left and right audio channels, and 3 subwoofers for low frequencies. The speakers deliver distortion-free sound under all weather conditions.
At the core of the TV-system there is a multi-source media server that transfers HD video and audio data to the screen using Windows 7-based software.
The system is equipped with wind, temperature and laser sensors in order to prevent getting damaged through adverse outdoor conditions.
