César Gemayel (b. Ain al Touffaha near Bikfaya, Lebanon in 1898 died in Beirut, Lebanon in 1958) was a famous Lebanese painter.

Gemayel was taught arts by Khalil Saleeby. He was considered as a leading and pioneering figure alongside painters like Youssef Howayek, Douad Corm, Omar Onsi, Saliba Douaihy, Moustafa Farroukh and a handful of others.
