The Burren Smokehouse is an Irish family-run producer of Smoked fish. The company is established in 1989 and located on Kincora Road, Lisdoonvarna, County Clare. It was set up by Peter and Birgitta Curtin.

Contents

The Burren Smokehouse started with the smoking and curing of salmon. Later they branched out into mackerel, trout and eel. Cheese was the latest addition to the package.

According to Good Food Ireland, it is a "highly acclaimed, award winning traditional smokehouse".

The company also runs a visitor centre, what has made it one of the bigger tourism attractions in County Clare.

The Burren Smokehouse is one of the organizers and participants of the yearly Burren Slow Food Festival.
