Buran Joshua Parks (born 27 June 1992) is a South African rugby union player, currently playing with the SWD Eagles. His regular position is loose-forward.

Career
He went to the Harmony Sports Academy in Virginia and represented the Griffons at Under–16 and Under–18 level at youth tournaments, as well as at Under–19 level in the youth Currie Cup tournaments.
In 2011, he returned to his town of birth, George, to play for the SWD Eagles. He made his debut for them in the 2011 Vodacom Cup match against the Free State XV.
