Bukownica [bukɔvˈnit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Grabów nad Prosną, within Ostrzeszów County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Grabów nad Prosną, 9 km (6 mi) north-east of Ostrzeszów, and 130 km (81 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
