Bukovytsia 2017
Bukovytsia – is a modern ski resort in Ukraine, in the Eastern Beskyd Carpathian forests. It is located in Boryslav city, not far away from such popular resorts as Truskavets (7.4 km) and Skhidnytsia (17.5 km). The first mentions about winter sports on the slopes of complex were set during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and the official opening of Bukovytsіa took place on January 5, 2016.

Geography
The highest point of ski resort is a mountain Bukovytsіa, the top is 564 meters above the sea level.
The complex is located in a densely populated district of the Lviv area, city Boryslav.
The nearest population centers:
Truskavets (7.4 km)
Skhidnytsia (17.5 km)
Drohobych (16.2 km)
Stryi (41 km)
Ski lifts and runs
The runs of ski resort are located on the same-named mountain Bukovytsіa. The slopes of routes are located from a north side and maximally protected from sunlight, which prolongs the duration of the ski season. The maximum length of the route is 1,050 meters, the maximum vertical height is 160 meters. Also the runs are equipped by plenty of snow cannons, and also to ensure safe and enjoyable skiing slopes are prepared with special techniques with all international standards being met.
There are placed three ski lifts on the routes of ski resort "Bukovytsіa":
Doppelmayr – 700 meters
Tatrapoma – 300 meters
Multilift – 200 meters
Ski school
There is a ski school, based on the ski complex, for those, who are only familiar with winter sports, or intends to improve their skills. For visitors of ski complex is developed the flexible teaching system. In fact, each visitor can choose the program, group, schedule and intensity sessions. Conditionally they can be divided into three categories:
Children – your child will be taken care by a skiing instructor, who has work experience with children and has long-standing practice as instructor. Children's groups are formed by the age and by the skills level.
Beginners – you can choose both individual and group sessions. Students, who want to enjoy groups of three and more persons, must have basic skills (able to use the ski lifts, know how to stop and turn).
Experienced skiers who wish to improve their skills – instructors will help you to perfect your level of skiing and to prepare you for competition among fans.
Sport club "Boryslav Snowflake"
On the slopes of the ski resort "Bukovytsіa" renewed its work children's sport club "Boryslav Snowflake". This ski school has a glorious history, good traditions, experienced trainers and high-quality modern facilities. The main purpose of the club is to educate healthy and strong generation of future champions.
You can bring young skiers and snowboarders to the sport club "Boryslav Snowflake" since the age of four. Children will be engaged on high-quality runs that are certified according to international safety standards. Qualified instructors with working experience with children and also with the appropriate education will be teaching the children. The training schedule is selected based on the regime at schools. The most talented and successful sportsmen will be able to defend the honor of the club in the national competitions.
