The Budlong Pickle Company was an American pickle company that made and marketed pickles from its own cucumbers. It was based in Chicago, Illinois, United States, but also had offices elsewhere, including Fulton County, Indiana. The Budlong Pickle Company sold approximately 250,000 bushels of pickled cucumbers during the late 19th century through 1908. The Budlong farm was approximately 500 acres (2.0 km2) in size and the center of the farm was at what is now the intersection of California and Foster Avenues in the Budlong Woods section of Chicago's Lincoln Square community area.
