Location
It is near the villages of Underriver and Shipbourne and the large town of Sevenoaks. The hamlet is on Mote Road (a minor road) and near the wood Cold Blows.
Transport
It is about one mile away from the A227 road and is also near the A225, the A25, the A21, and the M25, M20 and M26 motorways.

There is also the Ightham Mote nearby.
