Frank "Bud" Holscher (born c. 1931) is an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour in the 1950s.

Holscher attended Santa Monica Junior College, where he was a member of the golf team. He won the 1950 California State Junior College Championship.

Holscher's best years as a PGA professional were in the mid-1950s. He won the Labatt Open in 1954. In 1955, he finished 2nd in the Philadelphia Daily News Open after a playoff loss to Dick Mayer; Holscher and Art Wall, Jr. finished T-2 in the Tucson Open won by Tommy Bolt in that same year. Also in 1955 was his best finish in a major — a T-7 at the U.S. Open.
