Brzeźno [ˈbʐɛʑnɔ] (German: Briesenhorst) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubiszyn, within Gorzów County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) west of Lubiszyn and 25 km (16 mi) west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
