The British Military Administration (BMA) was the interim administrator of British Borneo between the end of World War II and the establishment of the Crown Colony of Sarawak and North Borneo in 1946. Specifically, the entity lasted from 12 September 1945 to 15 July 1946. Labuan also were placed under a temporary British military rule and the headquarters located there. The headquarters was mostly managed by the Australian Imperial Force (AIF).

Administration

The area under this administration comprises today of Labuan, Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei.
