"Brilliant Mind" is a 1986 single by British band Furniture, from their 1986 album The Wrong People. The song reached #21 on the UK Singles Chart in June 1986. It was featured in John Hughes' Some Kind of Wonderful (film) and appears on that film's soundtrack.
