Bretton Cameron (born January 26, 1989) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing for the Greenville Swamp Rabbits of the ECHL.

Cameron began the 2012–13 season toiling in the ECHL with the Greenville Road Warriors, but on February 12, 2013, the Texas Stars of the AHL signed Cameron to a professional tryout contract.
On August 21, 2013, Cameron re-signed for a third season with the Road Warriors on a one-year deal.
