Bouvrage

Bouvrage is a soft drink produced by Ella Drinks Limited near Brechin, Angus, Scotland. The original Bouvrage is made with raspberry juice (as well as lightly carbonated water, sugar, citric acid and flavourings) and the company introduced a second drink, made with blaeberries. In 2012 the company introduced a third drink, made with strawberries. Previously this was not possible as strawberries discoloured and the drink turned brown over time. However, they have perfected a secret technique to ensure that the colour of the strawberry juice is maintained as a pale orangey-pink.

The drink is generally sampled at food fairs in Scotland and is sold at delicatessens and independent food stores.
