Bouchaib Benlabsir (1931 in Settat, Morocco – ?1991 in Toulouse, France) was a Moroccan civil servant and politician.

Civil servant
After serving the French protectorate of Morocco for several years in teaching practice, he joined the Ecole Marocaine de l'Administration (EMA), an organisation set up by the French to teach the top Moroccan administration after the independence of Morocco.
Joining the Ministry of National Education as an administrator, Benlabsir stood out for both his intelligence and administrative skill, and rose through the ranks of the Moroccan civil service to become one of the most powerful Moroccan civil servants.
Politician
After a successful career in National Education, participating in major projects and construction sites, he was asked by the people of his hometown to direct local developments. He was elected as their member of parliament in 1972.
The town of Settat experienced during his tenure a great expansion in building, faster than any other place of a similar stature, which earned him the approval and assistance of King Hasssan II and his then Minister, who was also a native of Settat.

Illness
In 1991, Benlabsir's liver disease forced a stay in hospital in Toulouse in 1991.
