Bothrops pradoi is a species of venomous snake in the family Viperidae. It is endemic to Brazil.

Etymology
The specific name, pradoi, is in honor of Brazilian herpetologist Alcides Prado, who was one of Hoge's colleagues at the Instituto Butantan in São Paulo, Brazil.
Taxonomy
Some authorities consider this species to be a synonym of Bothrops leucurus.
