The Boston Advantage are an American youth ice hockey team based in Hingham, Massachusetts. They are members of the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League (T1EHL) and the Elite 9 Hockey League along with the Boston Hockey League. The team has been in existence since 2009. It is also a charter franchise, along with the Boston Junior Rangers, East Coast Wizards, New Hampshire Avalanche, Seacoast Spartans and Valley Jr. Warriors. The Advantage have won two Elite 9 championships, tied for most of all-time with the Wizards and . Their home arena is the Pilgrim Skating Arena, where they have played since the start in 2009.

History

The 2013–14 Boston Advantage 18U Full Season team was hosted by the United States women's national ice hockey team in Salem, New Hampshire and Andover, Massachusetts for friendly matches, as they prepared for the 2014 Winter Olympics.

In the 2015 Elite 9 and BHL Playoffs, Boston Advantage had 8 teams in the finals.

In the 2015 NHL Entry Draft, seven players from Lovell Hockey and Boston Advantage were selected with two being in the first round. Those drafted from Boston Advantage include: Noah Hanifin (Carolina Hurricanes), Colin White (Ottawa Senators), Ryan Shea (Chicago Blackhawks), Luke Stevens (Carolina Hurricanes), Adam Gaudette (Vancouver Canucks), Patrick Holway (Detroit Red Wings), Patrick Shea (Florida Panthers).
