Bossiaea foliosa, commonly known as leafy bossiaea, is a species of flowering plant in the pea family (Fabaceae) found in eastern Australia. It is a shrub that grows to 1.5 metres high with small rounded glossy green leaves which are about 3 wide. Yellow flowers appear between November and January in the species native range. These are followed by hairy, more or less circular pods to about 10 mm in width. The species was first formally described by botanist Allan Cunningham in Geographical Memoirs on New South Wales in 1825. The species occurs in New South Wales and Victoria.
