1995 Development of a catering business on cruise ships "Olivia", "Shota Rustaveli", and "Taras Shevchenko".
1997 Creation of a shipping company "K&0". Acquisition of "Olivia" and "Shota Rustaveli" liners.
2000 "Olivia" sold to an international company.
2001 "Shota Rustaveli" sold to an American company Global Marketing Systems.
2001 Head of the Supervisory Board of CJSC “First Distillery”. Creation of “Myagkov” brand. Within 4 month after market launch, “Myagkov” gained 5,5% of Ukrainian market in mid-price segment, making it to the top-3 leading producers.
2002 President at “Overline” corporation, uniting assets of several companies – “First Distillery”, “Odessa Plant of Sparkling Wines” (“Odessa” and “L’Odessika” trademarks), “Izmail Winery” (“Izmail” trademark), Trading House GoldenLine, farming company “Izmail”.
