Borborud-e Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان بربرود شرقي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Aligudarz County, Lorestan Province, Iran. As of the 2006 census, its population was 9,539, in 2,086 families. The rural district has 20 villages.
