Boravelli

Boravelli is a village in Manopadu mandal of Mahabubnagar district in the state of Telangana, India. The village is 4 km away from NH-7 which is renamed as NH-44. The population of this village was around 5000. The famous temples in Boravelli are Shivalayam, Chennakesa Swamy temple and Hanuman temple. Earlier people of this village used to bring water from a nearby canal which is almost 1 km from the village. People used to suffer a lot due to this reason. After some days Satya Saibaba Seva Trust has built a water plant in this village for providing drinking water in the year 2010.because of providing this water facility people are healthy and free from fluoride water. The trust was providing 13 litres of water for RS.2 by ATW (any time water system) 90 percent of the peoples livelihood was from agriculture. zphs school is the only school in Boravelli. Transport facility(Bus Facility) is available from Kurnool and Gadwal for every 3 hours. People of this village celebrate the festivals like UGADI,SANKARNTHI,DUSARA,ERUVAKA POURNAMI very well and especially "CHENNAKESHAVA SWAMI JATHARA" celebrates more than one week with the entire family. The ancient temples CHENNAKESHAVASWAMI,ANJANEYASWAMI,SHIVALAYAM which were built long years ago are the icons of the village.

Recently around 200 years old Veerabhadra Swamy, Shiva and Ganesh temple was renovated by people of the Village. The idols of the template were donated by Ravindranath N who works as Manager in IT industry and belongs to same village.

Recently one of the person has started Dhaba half kilometer from village.
