Geography
Bonanza Hills is located at 27°47′41″N 99°28′10″W (27.794768, -99.469502) along U.S. Highway 83 in north-central Webb County.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.11 square miles (2.9 km2), all land.
